About this Event
Have you ever wondered why certain behaviours keep happening and what you can do about them? This interactive workshop welcomes caregivers of all kinds and offers a practical approach to making sense of behaviour in everyday life. Drawing from Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and trauma-informed practice, the session will explore how to identify the “why” behind behaviour, recognize patterns, and use evidence-based supportive strategies to guide change. Caregivers will learn how to respond effectively in the moment, reinforce positive behaviours, and create environments that set everyone up for success. The focus is on realistic, easy-to-apply tools that can make a meaningful difference right away.
