Join Christina and Casey of Saj School of Yoga for a 4-part Masterclass series. This series is designed for yoga students and teachers who want to deepen their understanding of postural yoga, proprioception, and body awareness.Each masterclass we will be broken down into different families of postures to help create stronger understanding of your ranges and movement patterns.
In addition to asana & pranayama, each session will include a brief discussion to support the physical class and deepen one’s understanding of the principles through anatomy and biomechanics .
This experience is great for beginners and yoga teachers alike. Teachers registered with yoga alliance are eligible for up to 10 CE credits.
