About this Event
Are you working with learners with a diagnosis of autism and want to develop your understanding of the key characteristics to better support them?
This training course will help you to understand the main differences associated with autism and explore the various strategies to support autistic people and build a neuro-inclusive approach to your practice.
Delivered by Autism NI, the course will explore key characteristics such as:
- Communication
- Social interaction
- Repetitive behaviours
- Sensory differences
Attendees will receive an e-Certificate of achievement on completion of the training.
Spaces are limited to a maximum of 2 people per Centre.
Wednesday 26th March 2025
10am – 3.30pm. (£15 per person. Centres will be invoiced following the event). Light refreshments will be provided.
