Some of the beliefs we hold about ourself are not helpful. They restrict us in some way and get in the way of doing and achieving things.
About this Event

Understanding and challenging our limiting beliefs

In this short 45 minute session we will:

· Learn how our limiting beliefs are trying to protect us and keep us safe

· Increase awareness of any limiting beliefs we might hold

· Develop strategies to challenge them and reduce their impact on our life.

We all have limiting beliefs – those deeply held beliefs that restrict us in some way. These beliefs when examined are not even true, yet because they are held within our unconscious mind, they restrict what we do and how we feel about ourselves.

Often, we will not even realise they are at the root cause of our behaviour.

Common limiting beliefs include fear of failure, not being good enough, fear of rejection, don’t fit in, too old, too young, don’t have time, not clever enough, and fear of success.

This is a fascinating topic to discuss, particularly if you have never considered them before. If we have always lived with a particular inner narrative, we may not ever have taken a step back to challenge it.
