Let's talk about how we can better support the adolescents in our lives.
About this Event

Join us on Wednesday, February 11 from 9:15 - 10:30am for an informal conversation about one of the most pressing challenges facing today's teens. Adolescent anxiety has reached unprecedented levels, affecting everything from academic performance to social relationships and overall well-being.

We'll explore what anxiety looks like in teenagers, why rates have been climbing, and the difference between normal developmental stress and anxiety that needs attention. We'll discuss practical strategies for parents, educators, and mentors to recognize warning signs, open supportive conversations, and help young people build resilience.

Whether you're a parent navigating your teen's mental health, an educator seeing anxiety in the classroom, or simply someone who wants to better understand this generation's unique pressures, this relaxed discussion will provide insights, resources, and a chance to share experiences with others.
