About this Event
A practical running workshop where we'll help you become a better runner, understand the termonolgy attached to running like V02 Max, Threshold and strides.
We'll help you work on technqiue and running form having you go away a better runner. You'll have things to actively work on after you leave!
We'll give you a copy and paste warm-up, plyo routine and cooldown.
We'll help you utilise your watch data (GARMIN, COROS, APPLE, STRAVA) and use that to inform decisions and training moving forward.
Whether you're a casual park run attended or an ultra marathon runner, you'll take laods away from this!
And to make things even more fun, we'll hit a track session in the second hour of the workshop!
