This year's theme will be "Interpretation" and will focus on how history has been impacted by interpretations since the beginning of humankind. We hope that this theme sparks conversations confronting the uncomfortable truths of America's past to help students understand how racial injustice shaped the nation and still affects society today. We invite you to Explore the connections between historic freedom seekers and today's immigrants, highlighting the timely relevance of these stories.
