A fun and engaging class where adults observe and practice hands on how to create an Under the Sea Themed Cake!
About this Event

Participants will learn and observe the techniques to tort, fill, and frost a cake, then create the embellishments. Participants will also learn and create sea life creatures with unique techniques such as moulds, impression mats, as well as using new ingredients, isomalt, rice paper designs, all while using edible dust colors and spray paints. Then take home your 6-inch creation and enjoy!
