About this Event

Are you tired of all the secrets that keep you up at night? Do you find yourself repeating the old patterns? Are you tired of being a victim? Do you want to break the repeating cycles? Do you want to break free and unstuck from emotional patterns? You may find yourself saying “yes/maybe/not sure” to these questions, which is the calling that deep down you are looking for a change.

Our Healing the Secrets that Bind Us Workshop is a safe and confidential space to tap into the secrets no one knows about, no one speaks about, and helps us get whatever “it” is into words so it can be addressed and healed. These deep, dark secrets that keep us up at night are what keep us stuck and enduring unwanted or disempowering circumstances in life. When we begin this work, we recognize that there are possibilities of a greater and richer quality of life, rather than feeling like just surviving.

Workshop details:

· Gain clarity and begin to feel a sense of liberation from secrets, emotional pain, or feeling stuck. It takes courage to take that next step towards change and responsibility. This is your calling to invest in yourself to get to where you want to be in life.

· Begin to uncover what's really happening and start to restore joy, passion, purpose, meaning, heal, expose roadblocks, connect with gratitude, and create a new path in life.

· We will focus on identifying what “the secret” is, how it presents itself in our lives, the negative impacts it has had, and ways in which we can begin releasing it.

· I share relatable real-world examples from work with my clients that demonstrate the impacts of being stuck and bound to our secrets when left unaddressed. I also share empowering knowledge and tools to illustrate that a different experience of life is possible for us all.

Through supporting clients, I have seen the long-term damage caused by unnecessary struggle, guilt, trauma, shame, and other blockages that exist in a person’s psyche. When left unaddressed, these can lead to long-term detrimental impacts in all areas of life (personal, professional, health, and everywhere in between). When we keep it all bottled up inside, hiding our dirty little secrets, they go round and round in our heads, and the what-ifs are infinite. This is what keeps us stuck. With help and guidance, we can crack open Pandora's box, get the story out, get unstuck, and find the courage to choose, for ourselves, a thriving life that we want to live.
