This lineup showcases a range of varietals that highlight the craftsmanship behind Cline’s winemaking, from crisp, refreshing whites to layered, fruit-forward reds.
For this special evening, our kitchen has created a five-course menu designed specifically to complement the character of each wine. Each pairing is built to enhance the natural strengths of the Gust portfolio—bringing out nuance, structure, and depth with every course.
As the night unfolds, you’ll be guided through each selection with insight into the vineyards, winemaking style, and philosophy behind Gust, offering a deeper appreciation for what’s in your glass without ever feeling like a lecture. And who better to shepherd our group through the hills and valleys of the winemakers' thought process than the winemaker herself? Megan Cline, of Cline Family Cellars, will be on hand to guide the tasting experience and answer questions.
