Each month will rotate between TASTE, LEARN, and ENJOY classes, offering a mix of guided tastings, deeper education, and fun ways to enjoy wine. This ENJOY class will be led by a very special guest, Matt Sieren.
Break free from expectations with Wild Things, a tasting that celebrates wines that don’t follow traditional paths. This class invites you to explore unconventional styles and approaches with curiosity rather than judgment. You will learn how different philosophies and techniques can create dramatically different experiences in the glass—without needing to decide what’s “right” or “wrong.” Expect a relaxed, exploratory tasting that prioritizes enjoyment, conversation, and the freedom to like what you like.
