About this Event
Uncork & Unwind is an intimate, feel-good afternoon designed to slow things down, enjoy good company, and savor the simple pleasures. Think food, drink, friends, and mindful moments; without the Valentine’s Day hoopla.
We’ll begin with a short, gentle meditation and breathwork practice to help everyone land, unwind, and arrive fully in the moment. From there, we’ll move into a relaxed, guided mindful wine tasting in collaboration with the local wine bar Le Cafe Brocante.
This is not a formal or snooty wine tasting. It’s approachable, curious, and meant to be fun. Rather than sipping on autopilot, you’ll be invited to slow down and notice aroma, texture, flavour, and the moments in between. It’s about connection, presence, and enjoying a little breathwork and wine!
This gathering is an invitation to honor love in all its forms ; self-love, friendship, partnership, and community. A cozy, conscious alternative to the usual Valentine’s plans, focused on being together, laughing, lingering, and enjoying what’s already here.

About the Host
Daniella Gentile is a mindfulness facilitator, yoga teacher, and intuitive guide who creates experiences rooted in presence, connection, and gentle self-inquiry. With a background in breathwork, meditation, and somatic practices, Daniella weaves together ritual, reflection, and real-life grounding to help people slow down and reconnect with themselves.
She is the co-founder of Create Space Wellness, hosts retreats locally and internationally, and regularly holds community-based gatherings designed to feel intentional, cozy, and nourishing. Her work invites people to step out of autopilot and into moments of awareness; both on and off the mat, and, in this case, at the table.
