"Unburden the Shoulders" is a workshop dedicated to help you release the physical and emotional weight carried in your shoulders. Our bodies often bear the brunt of the stress we experience in our daily lives The roles we juggle and the duties we manage can create a lot of tension in these areas, leaving us feeling physically and emotionally drained. Through practices of Myofascial Release and Yin Yoga, we'll work to release this tension, creating space for both physical and emotional relief. This integrated approach will help you to find balance and well-being.
