Back for its second year, UNBREAKABLE is more than a workshop — it’s a movement.
Hosted by Lindsay and led by Coach Samira, this empowering self-defense experience teaches practical, real-world techniques that help women move through life with confidence, awareness, and strength.
No experience required — just a willingness to show up for yourself.
Each year, we come together to connect, learn, and remind ourselves that we are strong, capable, and unbreakable.

- Situational awareness & boundary-setting
- Escapes from common grabs and holds
- Effective striking & breakaway techniques
- Using your voice and body language with confidence
- Managing fear, adrenaline, and stress responses
- How to trust your instincts and own your space
This is a beginner-friendly session designed to make you feel safe, supported, and powerful.
