Join us at the library on Fridays for an evening of fun!An evening of classical guitar with Guido Sánchez Portuguez, professor of guitar at the University of Illinois.
Dr. Sánchez Portuguez is a Costa Rican/American guitarist currently teaching at the U of I's School of Music. He has a doctorate in music from the Jacobs School of Music in Indiana, and is a founding member of the MAGIQ guitar quartet, as well as the director of the Illinois Guitar Ensemble.
