Overview. A disarming and heartfelt creative offering to help people reconnect with their creative voice for personal meaning, vitality, and self-trust. This workshop is for anyone who feels creatively stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to begin again. Presented in collaboration by Rising Heart Studio and Basecamp Studio.

Purpose
- Understand what creative block actually is (and why it’s not a personal failure)
- Use intuitive creative exercises to reconnect to your inner voice
- Learn ways to bring creativity back into daily life: playfully and sustainably
- Reframe creativity as a human need, not a talent category
Session Flow (90 min)
1. Opening & Icebreaker (15 min)
Creativity as inner truth and first language vs technique. Brief personal story to set tone.
2. Mini-Talk: The Cost of Losing Creativity (15 min)
What happens when we stop creating or start creating only as a product to be consumed? This talk explores the emotional, relational, and existential impact of disconnecting from creative expression.
3. Intuitive Warm-Up (15 min)
Breathwork + simple expressive mark-making to bypass the inner critic.
4. Group Art Experience (35 min)
Participants begin a 3D mixed-media “Inner World” sculpture. This is the first stage of a larger project. This can be a planning sketching phase, playing with a bit of air dry clay phase.
5. Closing & Invitation (5 min)
Reflection + invitation to continue the project in a 3-week follow-up series.
