Kick off Jazz Appreciation Month and learn about the history of International Jazz Day on site at the National Historic Landmark, Mutual Musicians Foundation in the 18th & Vine Jazz District. Our panel will focus on jazz as "living heritage"—traditions, knowledge, skills, and expressions passed down through generations by the artists who keep the traditions alive. By recognizing and honoring intangible heritage, the goal is to foster cultural diversity, mutual respect, and sustainable development.
This event is free to the public with donations accepted at the event.
