UN-ASSOCIATED's Gospel Jazz Night

For the first time ever, UA is hosting a Gospel Jazz Night—an evening where faith, music, and community come together.

The night will feature live musical sets from a band and vocalists performing jazz renditions of your favorite gospel songs. By blending the richness of jazz with the heart of gospel, we’re creating a space that weaves worship into sounds you may love, but may not typically hear in traditional church settings.

More than just a concert, this is a mixer—a space to connect, meet new people, and build community in a loving, creative, and welcoming environment. Whether you’re coming with friends or showing up solo, expect meaningful conversations, shared moments, and an atmosphere you’ll instantly feel at home in.

This event is designed for Jesus lovers who appreciate great music and authentic connection, but it’s also open to anyone who’s curious, exploring, or simply looking for a unique night out.

The theme of our Gospel Jazz Night is summarized in the Hebrew word ḥeseḏ (heh-sed), which describes God’s steadfast love, mercy, and kindness—a theme woven throughout Scripture. Even in life’s hardest moments, biblical writers point to His ḥeseḏ as the foundation of their hope.

To have faith in God is to trust in His unchanging character, even when circumstances feel uncertain. When we’re convinced of His love, our fears lose their power, and our perspective shifts.

This night is rooted in that truth: that God’s ḥeseḏ sustains us, steadies us, and invites us into a deeper, lasting confidence in Him—no matter what we face.
