Umoja Health Access Point (HAP) Pop Up

We extend a warm invitation to the African American community to join our communal health access pop-up for a holistic wellness experience. Our goal is to empower you with the tools you need to make lasting changes on your wellness journey through wrap around services that meet your specific needs.

We also have additional services such as COVID-19 testing, grocery boxes, a healthy hot lunch, massages, self-care services, community healing circles, wellness classes, raffles, and more!
