Ultimate Rest: an evening of yin, nidra, and sound meditation

Join me on Friday, December 13 for the chillest chill to ever chill! Give yourself the gift of rest before the holidays, and make your own self care a priority with time to experience some space and ease in your mind, body, and spirit. Our practice will include intention setting, yin, yoga nidra, and an extended rest with a luxurious sound bath under galaxy lights. All levels of yoga experience are welcome! Please bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, water, and wear comfy clothes.

Kelly Oakes @regulateatx_ is a yoga teacher, bodyworker, and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in social work and seeing private clients through her business, Regulate Yoga and Bodywork. Kelly is especially passionate about working with the trauma and recovery population, and is an advocate for removing the stigma surrounding mental health struggles and all spectrums of recovery. She hosts a monthly meditation based recovery support group that is open to anyone.
