Ultimate RC Adventure is hosted by Scale Builder's Guild, GCM Racing, True North RC, and Tank RC. It is held at the Renfrew KOA in Ontario. The buggy track, RC Truck Trials Course, and woods trails will be groomed for action, along with our all NEW SBG Rally track! The usual mind bending Show and Shine Gallery hosted by True North RC and will show off the best builds in many different classes!The KOA has offered us a group site dry camping for a great discount! All campground services will be available to all, including the shower/bath house, lake and beach, kids playground, games and store.
There are wristbands required for this event. KOA campground registers EVERYone on the grounds. Pay for your camping only at the KOA and get your wristband there. Then go to the GCM Tent to register for the event itself.
Costs:
URCA - $60 - gets you Weekend Pass access to all events, This does NOT include your camping, and is paid in cash at the GCM Tent.

Option 1: Our group camping rate for the WEEKEND is only $75 for field camping. NO generators during quiet hours 10pm-7am. Option 2: If you need power, please get a powered site from Sonya at the campground here: https://koa.com/campgrounds/renfrew/
KOA has offered us serviced camp sites at $55 and $60 per night.
Hat - $35 - Available ONLY at the event from the GCM tent. We will make limited quantities.

Fri 5pm -9pm Under The Tent Swap meet and vendor area open. Bring all your RC stuff to sell and swap.

If camping isn't your thing, there are cabins available at this campground, as well as hotels a short drive away in Renfrew Ontario.
Be Prepared!
We currently do not have services for battery charging!! Some charger power will be available at the group camp site thanks to GCM Racing. Washrooms and bath house are available at the Camp area as well.
You will need to bring water and food. There will be some available at the campground store, as well as the town of Renfrew a short drive away.
