You can STILL have all of these benefits MINUS the FB group, by registering for the option below:

UBC YouTube is now an option for those who wish to participate OUTSIDE of social media. Once registered you'll receive a link to a YouTube playlist where all of the Challenge workouts will be loaded weekly. The difference between this and ALL Access is the Facebook group.

Nutrition: If you TRULY want to do your BIG one, add nutrition, join the group and get active! Your nutrition is what will make the difference in your weight loss and if you're serious about losing weight, you should consider making this committment.
