The Ukulunga Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation with mission to support people within our community and within our reach on either physical emotional or spiritual level. We are all (non-paid) volunteers and have been working in Olievenhoutbosch for the past 6 years. Success stories include having supported school children with eye hearing or dental needs supplementing food rations training of parents in school governing bodies for all schools and rehabilitation surgery of three disabled children through our partners Walk-A-Mile. During COVID we supported the packing of food parcels and issuing tokens of appreciation to all medical staff of Unitas Midstream and Olievenhoutbosch Clinic. Currently our flagship project is the support of broken young people in Olievenhoutbosch of which we have already completed 12 workshops during the past three years. We also wish to launch similar programs (called Robin Hood) at secondary schools and to establish a community garden in Olievenhoutbosch. We benefit from a partnership with Initiatives of Change (International) through which we access experts who support our inner healing journeys and initiatives with our young people.
We will host a Golf Day Fundraiser at Waterkloof Golf Club on 22 October 2024 through which we hope to raise sufficient funding for our projects during 2025. We are taking the liberty of reaching out to the business community in search of sponsors to help make the day a success. Each of the 18 holes plus driving range and putting green are available at R 3 000 each for sponsors to fund in turn for advertisement on the day of the event (see attached page for Waterkloof Golf Club rules for sponsors). You may alternatively consider providing us with any form of merchandise that you carry that could be used at prizes at the end of the day. Should you also wish to become involved with our work in Olievenhoutbosch you will be welcome to join us in any of our projects. We have summarised our broad needs for you in the table. Detailed project descriptions can be provided upon request

Ukulunga is authorised by SARS to issue Article 18 (A) tax certificates to contributing companies and individuals who wishes to qualify for some tax rebate.

Waterkloof Golf Club: Rules for Sponsors
Please consider and respect the rules below:
· Alcoholic waterholes are limited to 4 holes only.
· Sponsors are allowed to bring in their own liquor water soft drinks and snacks (limited to the duration of play).
· Sponsors must be at the golf club at least 2 hours prior to tee-off.
· The Waterkloof Golf Club service cart will take the sponsors to their designated holes.
· The sponsor is responsible for the setup of their branding material without damaging the golf course.
· The Waterkloof Golf Club will supply a trestle table and two chairs per sponsor hole.
· The golf club does not provide tablecloths umbrellas or gazebos.
· The golf club does not provide ice buckets.
· 10 kg ice bags @ R 40 each can be purchased from the golf club on prior arrangement.
· No vehicles other than golf carts are allowed on the golf course.
· Arrangement and approval of the golf club must be obtained in advance should you be a motor dealer sponsor who wishes to display a vehicle on one of the tee boxes.
· Please ensure that all marketing material are removed at the end of the golf day - the area must be left clear and free of litter.
· The golf club does not take responsibility for any damage loss or breakage to goods.
