February 2025 marks three years since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine and its citizens.
This war has already claimed hundreds of thousands of lives. Millions of people have had to flee to seek protection in other countries.
On February 23 2025, we will gather in Malmö to remember the victims of the war, and show solidarity for all those who lost their lives, their loved ones in Ukraine.
12:00 gathering at Triangeltorget:
We will walk from Triangeltorget to the meeting point at Stortorget, and encourage people to join us and show their support for Ukraine and its people.
13.00 demonstration at Stortorget:
- Memorial service with candles. You are welcome to bring a candle or light one on site.
- Ukrainian anthem
- Speakers - TBD.
- Open microphone: everyone is welcome to speak.
