We’ll connect with ourselves and each other in a ceremonial circle and then let the beat of the music take us for a ride into euphoria!

17.30 Cacao Ceremony, meditation & singing!
18:45 - 20:45 Ecstatic dance! With Mana & an amazing sound system! With live drums

Mana
Mana will share a blend of dreamy, deep and soulful rhythms and soundscapes as well as a variety of electronic genres rooted in organic house, upbeat techno and even popular music.

This Sunday we will be holding the ecstatic singing. Together we’ll all sing mantras & heart songs that will put us in states of love, joy, bliss & community!

In this singing circle we all come together and sing songs from the heart that bring us closer together & put us in states of joy, love & togetherness. We invite you to explore the singing circle as a beautiful tool to bring you right into the moment and into connection with yourself and each other. To sing along is optional, if you prefer to listen we honor that! You’re welcome as you are!
The angels, Jonas and I will be guiding you into ceremony with the Cacao. During this ceremony we invite you to drop into the moment with full awareness in the heart of being. Come and enjoy the exploration into ecstatic love.
More about Cacao
Cacao, in raw form, is an aphrodisiac, it increases your serotonin and dopamine level and is full of antioxidants & minerals. When drinking the cacao in ceremony it can bring us into a direct state of euphoria & connect us with our hearts.
Cacao ceremonies have been used in ancient Native American cultures (Mayan & Aztec) since around 1500 - 2000 BC. It’s been called the food of gods & has been used as medicine for spiritual & emotional healing.
For the best effect do not eat or drink coffee just before the ceremony.
(If pregnant, having heart problems or taking anti-depressant medicine drink a smaller dose)
