This is a free Zoom info session with owner of Real Raw Nepal and tour guide - Melitta Pinney
(NB: an email with a zoom link will be emailed to all registered participants 24 hours before the session begins).

Experience Nepal beyond the typical tourist trail; experience Nepalese art firsthand, learn some basic Nepali language to better engage with keen locals, enjoy sumptuous culinary delights and connect with a diverse range of local people whilst supporting ethical partnerships and exploring one of the most spectacular mountain ranges on earth; The Himalayas.

Together we will discover the exciting local culture and UNESCO sites in Kathmandu, the lakeside town of Pokhara and enjoy hiking in the Annapurna Mountain range. One of the benefits of hiking in the mountains is that it makes us physically slooooow down and with daily yoga (suitable for all experience levels), our minds follow suit.

Yoga & Meditation: This is as much an inner journey, as it is an outer one. By taking yourself out of your normal environment, you experience life with new eyes and naturally reflect on your own. Our regular, simple yoga practices are respectful of all functional abilities and support us throughout each stage of the journey (physically and mentally.)

Hiking: We will enjoy walking through some of the most superb scenery on earth. This is a mindful hike so we will take our time to 'find joy in the journey', with breaks as we need. Suitable for anyone with moderate fitness and good health. Training is still a good idea and we can guide you on this as well.

Exploration: This is an adventure! We'll take various modes of transport, stay in characteristic tea houses and adapt to the spontaneity of travel in Nepal. This means approaching change with a sense of curiosity and flexibility. By doing so, we experience unique opportunities not usually available to everyday tourists.
