With a diverse range of invited speakers, offered papers, and clinical virology grand round, you'll have plenty of opportunities to expand your understanding of clinical virology.
Present your research, disseminate information, and discuss complex cases in the offered papers and poster sessions, during the industry symposium and networking dinner (12th May 2026). The abstract submission window is 1st – 29th March 2026 for oral and poster presentations. Those successful will receive confirmation by 19th April 2026. Trainee delegates in all roles who are accepted for a presentation will be entered for the William Tong Prize.
The conference is aimed at biomedical scientists, clinical scientists, medical specialty trainees, nurses, researchers, and consultants with an interest in viral infections causing human disease. Bursaries of up to £300 are available for individuals in non-consultant roles within CVN member organisations. Bursaries can be put towards delegate fees, accommodation, and travel, and will be reimbursed with receipts. To apply for a bursary:
