UGIS Clinics (Speed, Agility and Quickness & Conditioning) - Middle School Boys!
Join us for an action-packed clinic focusing on improving your speed, agility, and quickness!
Ready to take your young athlete's performance to the next level this summer? Our Elite Performance Summer Clinics are here to help them unleash their full potential in speed, agility, quickness, strength, and conditioning. I am excited to announce our upcoming SAQ ( Speed, agility and quickness) , strength and conditioning clinic, where I will be sharing over a decade of experience working with elite professional Athletes ( NBA, Overseases), Collegiate D1 and countless youth players. In this 1hour and 30 mins action-packed session, we will cover:
• Speed
• Agility
• Quickness
Drills gear towards improving those eras for a better functional and athletic movements which are required for any sports by teaching them the proper mechanics ( forward, lateral and vertical )
• Strength: Body weight strength exercises to build strength, endurance and mental toughness.
• Conditioning: Conditioning is the level of fitness that is demanded to perform at a high level for a better performance. Conditioning doesn't only help physically but also helps with mental fortitude.
Our training programs are designed by experienced performance trainers who understand the demands of competitive sports. We use a combination of cutting-edge techniques and time-tested methods to ensure that you see real improvements in performance.
Each athlete will leave equipped with essential tools to elevate their game. All this for only $100
We provide a safe, competitive and fun environment for our athletes while pushing them during the drills to give us maximum effort for greater results.
