On behalf of the UCL Debating Society, we are pleased to invite you to the 2024 UCL Winter Schools Cup, which will take place on Sunday, November 24th, at the UCL Institute of Education.This tournament is open to only schools, we are unable to accept independent registration. The team cap is 40, though this may be subject to change dependent on the degree of interest.
Each institution must have an adult supervisor who serves as a point of contact for their registered debaters and will also be present for the entire day of the competition.
The UCL Winter Cup will feature four (4) guaranteed rounds of high-quality British Parliamentary (BP) debate, with 12 teams breaking into Gold, Silver, and Bronze finals.
The registration fee for this competition is £75 for private schools and £35 for state schools with a fee waiver available within the registration form.
