About this Event
If you’re a UCL student and you're not currently registered with a GP/don’t have an NHS number, you can book your appointment to have your first or second vaccination on this page.
First, please read the information below carefully to make sure you may be eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination and that you know what you need to do.
Information about the vaccine
The centre is currently offering the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine. Everybody over the age of 16 is eligible to have this vaccine, and you will be able to speak to one of our trained clinicians at the start of your vaccination appointment to ensure this is the right vaccine for you.
If you have already had one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine (in the UK or abroad) and are looking to have your second dose at the centre, please note that there needs to have been eight weeks between your first dose and your appointment to have your second.
As a safety precaution, you will be asked to sit for 15 minutes after your vaccination to monitor you for any adverse reactions.
If after speaking to a clinician at the centre it becomes apparent that the vaccination we’re offering isn’t right for you, we will not be able to give you your vaccination; however, we will advise you of an alternative if appropriate.
When you are fully vaccinated, you will be able to get an NHS COVID Pass. You may be asked to show your pass to travel abroad, or at events and venues in England asking for proof of your COVID-19 status.
Coming for your appointmentPlease bring with you:
- Evidence of any COVID-19 vaccinations you have had already, including outside the UK
- Details of your emergency contact
- A face covering, which you should at all times unless you cannot wear one for a health or disability reason
- Your NHS number if you have one.
