UCAP- First Time Home Buyer Seminar

This workshop is Part 1 of our First Time Home Buyer Series. We have a variety of presenters from all areas within the homebuying arena including how to work with a realtor, the home shopping process, making an offer, credit and financial assistance. Completing both part 1 and part 2 of this class will provide you with a HUD Home Buying Certificate which is required to purchase a home and good for 1 year after class completion.
