The UBS Investment Banking Development Challenge is a 2-week program that offers students in their penultimate year an opportunity to test their skills on a real-life transaction and gain hands-on experience as an investment banking analyst. Students will be allocated into teams to present on a case study judged by panellists from UBS. Students from both finance and non-finance backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
The program consists of workshops, panels and networking opportunities in the first week (commencing 2 May), with students working together on a case study in the second week.
All students participating in the IB Challenge and Development Program will be invited to an early recruitment process for the 2022-23 UBS Summer Internship Program.
The winning team will be fast-tracked to an accelerated interview, which may lead to you receiving an offer from UBS.
