About this Event

The session will explore a pedestrian and vehicle segregation incident and how decisions made in the moment can affect the outcome. The event will be delivered in three interactive parts.

First, a crisis replay where actors will play out the scene. Attendees will watch how the situation unfolds while the manager must make key decisions in real time to manage the incident.

Next, the scenario moves to an interview under caution. This section will demonstrate how a formal investigation may take place following a workplace incident and what questions may be asked.

Finally, the session concludes with a mock trial where the case is examined in a courtroom setting, allowing attendees to see how evidence and decisions are reviewed and challenged.

This event offers a practical and engaging way to understand how workplace incidents can develop, how they are investigated, and what the legal process may look like afterwards.
