Krystyn is a Principal at Mirador Group in Houston, where she has worked for the last 12 years. She works as the firm’s Multi-Family Practice Leader, serves on the leadership team as the company integrator, and manages programs for recruitment, professional development and employee engagement. Krystyn looks to build communities in both the projects she delivers as an architect and the team she builds at Mirador Group.
