About this Event
Two-Week 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Immersion | Sedona
Our two-week immersive Yoga Teacher Training in Sedona is a thoughtfully designed, intensive experience that blends a strong technical foundation with deep personal transformation—set within the powerful energy of Sedona’s red rocks.
This Yoga Alliance–accredited program exceeds the 200-hour standard and is intentionally kept small and intimate, allowing for personalized attention, meaningful connection, and real growth—both as a teacher and as a practitioner.
Over the course of two weeks, students are guided through a structured and supportive curriculum that includes:
- Confidently learning to teach a safe, well-sequenced 60-minute all-levels vinyasa flow
- Extensive practice teaching with real-time feedback
- A deep dive into asana, cueing, and intelligent sequencing
- Exploration of Patanjali’s Eight Limbs of Yoga and how they apply to modern life
- Space for personal healing, reflection, and reconnection
The experience extends beyond the studio and into the land itself. As a permitted provider within the Coconino National Forest, we incorporate:
- A guided vortex experience
- A yoga hike in Red Rock Country
- A sound healing session
- Meditation and practices in nature
Daily structure is immersive yet balanced, typically running from morning through late afternoon, with optional sunrise experiences that deepen the connection to place and practice.
Students also complete select pre-work in anatomy, biomechanics, and philosophy to support a more integrated in-person experience.
Upon completion, graduates receive a certificate and are eligible to register as a RYT-200 with Yoga Alliance.
This training is both a professional certification and a personal journey—designed for those ready to deepen their practice, refine their voice, and step into teaching with clarity and confidence.

Info: A typical day in our training is immersive, structured, and intentionally balanced—designed to support both learning and integration.
We generally begin around **9:00am**, often with a grounding practice or meditation to arrive fully into the day. From there, we move into a mix of **asana breakdown, intelligent sequencing, and cueing**, along with exploration of yoga philosophy and how it applies both on and off the mat.
A big part of the experience is **practice teaching**—you’ll be guiding, observing, and refining your voice throughout the program with real-time feedback.
Midday offers a short break to reset, followed by continued learning, discussion, and hands-on application in the afternoon. Most days wrap around **5:00pm**, giving you space to rest and integrate.
Throughout the training, we also weave in special experiences like **early morning yoga hikes**, a **sound healing session**, and time on the land—allowing you to connect more deeply with both the practice.
