Poets Adrian Lime and Kerry Trautman have new books to celebrate! Join them for a reading, book sale, & signing, followed by an open mic. While you're enjoying the atmosphere at Reading Grounds, be sure to buy a coffee drink and a sweet treat to thank our venue for hosting.

ADRIAN LIME is a poet, spray paint artist, and high school English teacher at the Toledo School for the Arts. A co-creator of Toledo, Ohio’s Almeda Street Poets, he helped to launch ToledoPoet.com and the Toledo Poetry Museum page on Facebook. Adrian coordinated and was a member of the ensemble cast of “Back to Jack” [Kerouac] Readers’ Theater for ten years. His books are Feeding the Monster (2018, EMP Books), Every Broken Little Thing (2021, Luchador Press), and the recently-published Cherries from a Pail, a collection of short poems written in collaboration with poet Victor Clevenger (2026, Dark Heart Press).

KERRY TRAUTMAN is a lifelong Ohioan whose work has appeared in numerous international anthologies and literary journals. She is a theater-lover who performs with local community theater, and in 2025 her one-act play, "Mass," received a staged-reading as a winner of the Toledo Repertoire Theater's "Toledo Voices" competition. Her books are Things That Come in Boxes (King Craft Press 2012,) To Have Hoped (Finishing Line Press 2015,) Artifacts (NightBallet Press 2017,) To be Nonchalantly Alive (Kelsay Books 2020,) Marilyn: Self-Portrait, Oil on Canvas (Gutter Snob Books 2022,) Unknowable Things (Roadside Press 2022,) Irregulars (Stanchion Books 2023,) and Things to Say When You Have Nothing to Say (Roadside Press 2026.)
