This program is designed specifically for organizational leaders interested in enhancing their capacity to develop others through effective coaching conversations. It will equip participants with tools to create an environment of continuous innovation and initiative in the workplace.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received in writing up to two weeks before workshop date will be issued a full refund less an administration fee.
Cancellations received in writing less than four weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a credit voucher to be applied to another Envision Group workshop within one calendar year.
Non-attendance ("no-show") counts as cancellation on the day and will not receive a registration fee refund.
Envision Group reserves the right to cancel workshop due to insufficient registration. Delegate substitution is permitted for both registration and credit vouchers.
