We will discuss contract and plan clauses, analyzing your network participation and detangle the maze that is leased networks!
Day Two Rick will present Creating Profit in Your Practice. We will discuss your office's profitability, understand P&L statements and analyze expenses in a way you have never looked at them before. You will learn ways to maximize income and reduce expenses using the tips that Rick has spent nearly 30 years developing in succesful businesses across the country. Rick will share services and techniques that you can start using immediately to reduce overhead, increase your income and grow your practice profitability to the next level no matter where your practice is!
