Come join us for a morning of vinyasa yoga while a live DJ spins vibrant sounds! From smooth jazz to house, and r&b - the vibes will be vibing!!
Get ready to move your body through breath and movement connection with FlowithT teacher Tay, AND to the beats of our amazing DJ, SuprMood! Vendors will also be on site with refreshments, permanent jewelry, and more!
This in-person event will be a great opportunity to meet new people; community-connection, promote personal growth, wellness, and of course soak up the sun! ☀️ The weather will be amazing, so let's spend the morning outdoors and pouring into ourselves!
We will have complimentary water and small snacks for you! We are looking forward to meeting and moving with you !

Info: Vinyasa Inspired beginner yoga flow, sound bath to end the flow, along with eucalyptus infused towels to cool us down.
