Location: Margaret T. Hance Park (park near Phoenix Library or The Phoenix Center for the Arts!)
We will be in the grass in between the Phoenix Center of the Arts and The Phoenix Library. Photos will be shown for reference!

Come join us for a morning of vinyasa yoga while a live DJ spins vibrant sounds! From smooth jazz to house, and r&b - the vibes will be vibing!!
Get ready to move your body through breath and movement connection with FlowithT teacher Tay, AND to the beats of our amazing DJ, SuprMood!
This in-person event will be a great opportunity to meet new people; community-connection, promote personal growth, wellness, and of course soak up the sun!
We will have complimentary refreshments for you as well!! We are looking forward to meeting and moving with you !
