Join us for our Community Wellness Dinner, an evening of connection, shared nourishment, and inspiration.

This gathering is open to everyone—practice members, friends, family, and anyone curious about health, wellbeing, and ways to support the nervous system.

Enjoy a complimentary meal while learning about your nervous system and how it supports energy, sleep, clarity, focus, and overall wellbeing.

During the evening, you’ll hear a short educational health talk focused on nervous system regulation and learn simple ways to improve how you feel and function every day. We’ll also share why so many people in San Diego choose Twin Waves Wellness Center to support long-term vitality.

Please give yourself plenty of time to park and arrive by 6:45 PM.
