About The Class
In this class you will learn the basics of twerk dancing, where it comes from, the basic steps and positions we use and a sequence to practice.
It’s going to be an intense and fun training, that will connect yourself with your body and your inner power, to the rhythm of Latin American music.
Just bring comfortable and loose pants, shorts or hot pants, and a bottle of water. Knee pads are not a must, but would definitively help!
I am Coni from Chile, and I have been twerking for almost three years, I am passionate about this dance because it empowers me, gives me confidence and has improved a lot my self esteem. I want to bring my knowledge to Berlin, so more people can feel the benefits that this beautiful dance brings.

Shoes to dance in and not too warm clothing (you will sweat ;) ).
