Our tweens need to be empowered with tools to take care of their mind, body and heart to help them meet the challenges of their teen years with a little more ease.Workshops run by experienced yoga teacher, grandmother and education assistant Kerry Holbrow. Suitable for primary aged children. Please pack a nut free snack and water bottle. Classes limited, please book early. Age guide is 9-13 year olds.
