Tween Yoga & Craft

This class invites tweens to stretch, breathe, and reflect in a space that’s just for them. We’ll practice yoga to build strength, balance, and focus—then get creative by making a personalized intentional craft. Whether your child is new to yoga or already loves it, this is a fun and empowering way to explore movement and mindfulness. No adults needed in class, just a yoga mat and an open mind! (this class is a drop off, or a waiting area is provided in the building). Once you purchase through eventbrite we will email you to register you child and sign the waiver. Thank you!
