Kids always need yoga, but now more than ever, we need to get them on a mat! 10-13 year olds will find Tween Yoga to be more mature than Kid Yoga yet still fun and active! Class is more focused on yoga sequences yet weaves in some confidence building that is so critical at this age. Kid's who get in a yoga routine have better self-awareness, higher self-esteem, can focus better and sleep better. No experience required in this fun, movement filled class.
Students are first time free, $10 per class after that. Parents and students may share packages of 5 or 10.
