During this three hour workshop we will:? Discuss how your daughter's development increases her emotions and their intensity
? Your daughter will understand that while feelings and emotions are normal, dealing with situations while emotional will not elicit the best outcome
? She will specifically be taught how to respond to situations, rather than be reactive, and will be provided with the step-by-step process to accomplish this. This will include understanding her body and identifying her emotions building up, exploring different strategies to calm down, how she to assess the problem/situation with a cool and calm head!
