Come experiment, learn, and go deeper into conflict as a space to connect.
About this Event

Conflict doesn’t have to be something we avoid. It’s easy to retreat when opinions clash, or close ourselves off when tempers start to flare. Yet these moments, as uncomfortable as they can be, is where deeper connection, courage, and clarity are found.

Join us at our Conflict Transformation Lab, a spacious conversation circle designed for anyone curious about turning conflict into an opportunity for growth and understanding.

Here, you’ll have a safe space to slow conflict down, revisit difficult conversations, experiment with new ways of expressing yourself, and practise clean conflict—the kind that clears the air and brings people closer together.

You’re invited to reflect on the moments that knotted you up, share the words left unsaid, and explore the boundaries you wished you’d held. Whether you’ve felt nervous to speak up, tired of constant people-pleasing, or you simply want to learn how to stay honest and kind, this space is for you.

Each participant will receive a copy of (some foxing expected on the cover) and (worth SGD55).

The 'White' books are a series focused on advancing conversations around mental health and inclusion. The first volume, , features fifty diverse perspectives, including voices from organisations, professionals, and marginalised communities, spotlighting both personal and civic challenges.

The sequel, White: Around the Table (2026), explores food’s role in nurturing connection and open dialogue. Through a blend of essays, recipes and intimate discussions, this edition advocates for more supportive spaces and encourages new ways to engage with well-being—both individually and collectively.
