**TV MOMS** is a loud, grungy, guitar-drums, gutter rocknroll band. Ok, not all the songs are loud. There’s some singing in there, but not vocal gymnastics. Bummer rock is a thing? But a little more sarcastic. Riff-based guitar stuff that is really fun to play, even if you don’t play guitar that much. And there are drums. Our drummer broke a stick a couple times.-Speed Riders- Crossing musical lanes such as power pop, no wave, and grunge, Minneapolis' newest punk'n'roll outfit, Speed Riders, cover subjects ranging from death, love, and motorcycles (of course). Their debut album, Super Cheers, features ten psych-soaked tracks filled with catchy songwriting sensibilities that will have listeners racing to a thrift shop to purchase a black leather jacket.
^^The Boot R&B^^ Rhythm and BEAT from Minneapolis…music veterans Jacques Wait, Eric Tretbar and David Randall. Esoteric 1960s European garage-pop and like styled original music.
••Mean Magic•• A new band but members of many great locals (Walker kong, jim ruiz, first prize killers, accident clearinghouse, florida, etc). You’ll dig if you enjoy Big Star, Nick Lowe, or The Buzzcocks.
