The Little Bellas Tuscaloosa Weekly 2 Program invites girls ages 7 to 13 to spend their Thursday evenings riding trails, playing games, and building confidence at Sokol Park.
This Play & Explore program welcomes riders of all abilities and focuses on creating a fun, positive environment where girls can learn new skills while enjoying time outdoors together.
Meeting at the Munny Sokol Mountain Bike Trails, girls will explore local singletrack while participating in games and activities designed to help build mountain bike skills through movement and play. Each session blends trail riding, creative challenges, and group activities that keep things fun and engaging.
Girls ride alongside our team of Mentors (we mentor, we don’t coach) and work through skills progressively in a supportive, non competitive environment. Healthy challenges are introduced through play and exploration, helping riders grow their confidence, strengthen friendships, and develop a lasting love of biking.
