Join us for a special Turtle Tales Storytime with children’s author and professional storyteller Lindsay Bonilla!
Lindsay will read from her uplifting picture book You've Got This, a joyful rhyming story that encourages children to face new challenges with confidence. Whether it’s learning to ride a bike, performing in a recital, or making a mistake and trying again, this engaging story reminds kids that even scary moments can be overcome.
With lively rhythm and an empowering mantra that kids will love shouting together—“You’ve got this!”—this storytime is perfect for young readers who need a little boost of bravery and encouragement.
Lindsay Bonilla is a professional storyteller and children’s author who has shared stories and interactive theatre with audiences around the world—from Spain to Ghana to El Salvador. She is the author of six picture books, including the Parents’ Choice Award–winning Polar Bear Island, The Storyteller, The Note Who Faced the Music, and You've Got This. Her love of storytelling and travel has taken her to more than thirty-two countries across five continents, though most days she’s at home with her husband and two wild and creative sons.
